Use of the SmartResponse system is subscription-based and may be used in for an individual, personalized software usage fee (“Licence”) with different levels of access rights. With individual licences, each user may access only their own data. In accordance with applicable laws, the system complies with the highest level of data security and data protection requirements.
SmartResponse licences are aligned with the competition (league) season: they are valid from July 1 of each year until June 30 of the following year. They provide different permissions and may be purchased in individual monthly or annual subscription packages.
The system provides licences with different access rights to its users:
SR P – Athlete Licence
The athlete licence is portable but non-transferable and valid for life; therefore, in the event of changing teams or clubs, the athlete is automatically re-registered, provided that the licence holder’s profile is kept up to date. With a monthly or annual subscription, the athlete is entitled to participate in assessments.
Identification is provided by a radio-frequency identifier with a unique code (the SR PRF Identifier) that is issued upon purchase of the initial subscription. In the event of a technical malfunction, the identifier is replaced free of charge. In case of loss or physical damage, it can be replaced for a fee equivalent to one month’s subscription charge.
With an SR P licence, the athlete has unlimited-time access to their own data and the specific results recorded during assessments. The athlete may download these results, including in PASSPORT (certificate) format; however, such downloads do not include statistical reports comparing the athlete’s results to those of teammates.
Due to the nature of system use, the SR P individual licence constitutes the athlete’s personal property; however, clubs and associations may assume payment if appropriate or necessary.
SR T – Coach Licence
The coach (strength and conditioning coach) licence provides full and unlimited access to the results achieved by the athletes trained and entered into competition by the coach, for as long as the coach trains that athlete/team and remains employed by the same club/association.
In the event of a team change within the same club/association, the coach’s previous permissions cease. To access the new team’s data, re-registration is required, which is possible only after closure of the prior registration.
In domestic practice, it may occur that a professional trains and competes with multiple teams. In such cases, it is sufficient to record the relevant teams upon registration and keep profile changes up to date; under the same licence, the coach may access the results of all the teams they train.
It is also possible to suspend a coach licence if a change of club requires a longer transition period, or if the new club does not yet use the SmartResponse system; in such cases, the fee already paid is not lost.
Due to the nature of system use, the SR T individual licence constitutes the coach’s personal property; however, the financial settlement is borne by the club/association.
SR CLUB – Club Licence
The club licence provides the professional leadership of the given club with full access to aggregated data and results for the club’s teams.
Thanks to differentiated query capabilities, a club’s management can continuously monitor team progression, supporting an objective evaluation of coaches and professional work within the association.
The SR Club licence is available in an annual package. The annual fee depends on the number of accesses requested.
SR VIP – VIP Licence
The SR VIP licence provides differentiated access—aligned to the needs of the professional managements of local, regional, and national organizations—offering age-group breakdowns and league-specific views (individually and in aggregate). It delivers data suitable for drawing conclusions regarding the status of implementing professional concepts and directions.
The SR VIP licence is available only as an annual subscription package. The annual fee depends on the number of requested access points.
SR SCT – Scout / Intermediary Licence
Provides a special research capability tailored to needs (e.g., person-specific, position, dominant foot, height) for scouts and intermediaries. During research, the names, teams, and contact details of athletes associated with measurement results are disclosed only with the consent of the athlete (or parent in the case of a minor) and subject to confidentiality obligations.
Within the scope of the licence, it is possible to issue the recorded results of an athlete named by the scout or intermediary only if this does not require prior consent from the individual concerned.
The fee for the SR SCT licence is not predetermined; it is based on the precise requirements requested.
SR SCI – Sports Science Licence
Scientific research is an important part of sport. Accordingly, the SmartResponse system, within the framework of long-term cooperation, seeks to support the sports science community by providing extensive anonymous data and precise measurement results.
The SR SCI licence may be requested by any person conducting sports science research, as well as by students of the University of Physical Education and the Doctoral School, upon one-time verification of their status.
The SR SCI licence is free of charge and valid until revoked.
