User rights and remedies
The User may request information about the processing of their personal data, as well as request the correction or deletion of their personal data, with the exception of data processing required by law.
At the User’s request, Baráth és Partnerei shall provide information on:
the data it processes, the purpose, legal basis and duration of data processing, the name and address (registered office) of Baráth és Partnerei and its activities related to data processing,
and about who receives or has received the data and for what purpose.
The User may object to the processing of their personal data if:
– the processing (transfer) of personal data serves exclusively the interests of the data controller Baráth és Partnerei or the data recipient;
– the use or transfer of personal data is for the purpose of direct marketing, public opinion polling or scientific research;
– the exercise of the right to object is otherwise permitted by law
Baráth és Partnerei is obliged to examine the objection within 15 days of receiving the request, with immediate suspension of data processing, and to inform the applicant in writing of the outcome.

If the User notices a violation of their rights, they may turn to the court. Furthermore, if the User disagrees with Baráth és Partnerei’s decision regarding the User’s objection, the User may also turn to the court within 30 days of the decision being communicated.
Baráth és Partnerei shall not be held liable for any typographical errors, content errors, or omissions on the Website, and shall exclude the possibility of any claims for damages or warranty claims arising from the provision of such incorrect information.
Governing law
Issues not regulated in this Notice shall be governed by the laws in force in Hungary at any given time, with particular regard to the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the right to self-determination in information and freedom of information.
